Terms and Conditions for Epiphany with Tiffany

Effective Date: April 14, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the services provided by Tiffany Gaines, doing business as Epiphany with Tiffany ("We," "Our," "Us"), and the client ("Client," "You," "Your"). By booking a session with Epiphany with Tiffany, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Legal Age Requirement All Clients must be at least 18 years of age. If you are not at least 18 years old, you may not receive services from Epiphany with Tiffany.

2. Liability Tiffany Gaines, through Epiphany with Tiffany, cannot be held responsible for any decisions made by the Client before, during, or after a session. This includes how the Client interprets the information provided during the session and any actions taken as a result.

3. No Refunds All payments for services and packages are non-refundable. Once a session or package is booked and paid for, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Email us at tiffany@epiphanywithtiffany.com.

  • If you need to reschedule, please ensure that the rescheduled session is within the available time slots.

  • Failure to reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance will result in the forfeiture of the session, and no refund will be provided.

5. Session Transfers If you no longer wish to receive a session, you may transfer your scheduled session to another individual. The original Client forfeits their rights to the session, and the new recipient agrees to the same Terms and Conditions.

6. Nature of Services

  • Tiffany Gaines is not a licensed therapist, medical professional, or legal advisor. The services provided are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.

  • The sessions are intended for guidance, insight, and self-reflection through astrology, styling, and coaching.

7. Emergency Situations In the event that Tiffany Gaines deems a Client a danger to themselves or others during a session, appropriate authorities will be notified.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • All personal information provided through Epiphany with Tiffany will remain confidential and will not be sold or shared without prior consent from the Client.

  • By booking a session, you consent to receiving communication from Epiphany with Tiffany, including marketing materials, unless you specifically opt out.

9. Payment

  • Full payment is required before any services are rendered. For personal shopping sessions, a deposit is required upfront, with the balance due prior to the service being fully delivered.

  • All payments should be made through the website scheduler or as directed by Epiphany with Tiffany.

10. Technology Requirements All sessions are held virtually if not local to the Los Angeles area, and Clients are responsible for providing their own device (computer, phone, etc.) to participate in the session. Epiphany with Tiffany is not responsible for any technical issues the Client may encounter during a session.

11. Rescheduling by Epiphany with Tiffany Tiffany Gaines reserves the right to reschedule a session if necessary and will do so with as much notice as possible. We will make every effort to maintain the integrity of the original session time, but in some cases, changes may be necessary.

12. Disclaimers

  • Services provided by Tiffany Gaines through Epiphany with Tiffany are not intended as medical, legal, or psychological advice.

  • By booking a session, you agree to use astrology services at your own discretion.

13. Do Not Sell My Personal Information
In compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Epiphany with Tiffany does not sell your personal information.

14. Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California.

Agreement Acknowledgment

By booking a session or purchasing a service through Epiphany with Tiffany, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions, you should not book any services.
